  • Neon Swan Studio currently does not offer refunds or cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. Neon Swan is a small business run by one person and currently does not have the resources to manage returns or exchanges of items. If you receive the incorrect item from what you purchased, or the item is faulty, please reach out via the contact form or email hello@neonswanstudio.com, and I will do my very best to resolve that issue for you.

  • To prevent waste from overstocking inventory, all giclée art prints are printed upon purchase and shipped directly from a third-party printing company. In other words, I do not handle the shipping of any of the art prints. Art prints are shipped via UPS express from the printing company, and all other items in the online shop are shipped directly by me through USPS. I hope that clears up the confusion, and thanks for understanding the quirks of running a small business!

  • If you do not want to pay for shipping, I offer a free shipping option on stickers only. If you choose this option, your stickers will be mailed in a US letter mail envelope, and no tracking will be provided. By choosing free shipping, there is an increased risk of damaged products since they will not be shipped in a rigid mailer. I will do my very best to prevent damage by mailing your stickers with cardstock in the envelope.

    If you prefer your stickers to be shipped in a rigid mailer and a tracking number provided, please purchase shipping with USPS Ground Advantage at checkout.

  • I’m currently open to accepting art commissions and other creative projects on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out via the contact form or email hello@neonswanstudio.com to see if working together is the right fit.
